Are the teapots food-safe?
Yes — all Holly & Gold teapots are made from food-safe ceramic and glazes. They are designed to be both beautiful and functional.
How much tea does each teapot hold?
Most of our teapots hold between 1.5 - 2 litres, depending on the design. Exact sizes are listed on each product page.
Are the teapots dishwasher or microwave safe?
We recommend hand washing only to keep the gold detailing and decorative finishes looking their best. None of our teapots are microwave safe due to metallic elements.
How will my teapot be packaged?
Each teapot is carefully packed in a custom protective gift box with molded foam and a thank-you card — so it arrives safely and feels special to open.
Do the teapots come with strainers?
At the moment our teapots do not come with strainers.
