Amazon handles all returns and customer service for those orders.

Please follow the return process through your Amazon account — they offer 30-day returns and will guide you every step of the way.

Ordered directly from us?

Wonderful! Here’s how we take care of you:

Change of Heart?

That’s okay — it happens! If your teapot isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of delivery.
Just make sure it’s unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is on you, but we’ll guide you through it.

Arrived Damaged or Faulty?

Oh no! That’s not the kind of holiday magic we had in mind.
Please send us a photo within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll happily send a replacement or offer a full refund — your choice. Please note that as all of our beautiful items are hand painted, slight variations or imperfections are not classed as damaged or faulty.

Want to Swap for Another Design?

If you'd prefer a different teapot (and it's still in stock), we’d love to help with an exchange. Return shipping applies, but we’ll support you through it all.

A Few Little Notes:

  •  Items must be unused, in original condition, and safely packed.
  • Custom or limited-edition designs may not be eligible for return.
  • Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your returned item.
